Elephant-Horse Palanquin Procession of Jai Kanhaiyalal Held in the City

A grand religious procession passed through the main roads of the city and reached the first constructed pandal at Shekhpur Canal. Here, devotees received prasad from the community feast and enjoyed the devotional atmosphere by viewing the tableaux. The chants of Jai Kanhaiyalal along with elephants, horses, and palanquins echoed throughout the route.

Devotees danced enthusiastically to the tunes of DJs and bands along the entire route. The bhajans sung by the devotional group further enhanced the spiritual atmosphere. The 21 horse riders participating in the procession roamed back and forth, becoming the center of attraction for the people.

The procession included Sadar MLA Pankaj Gupta, former MLA Udayraj Yadav, BSP leader Devendra Singh, Hindu Jagran Manch’s Vimal Dwivedi, SP leader Ankit Parihar, councilor Munna Singh, Manoj Yadav, Arif Shanu, Gudda Tiwari, Sarvesh Gupta, Omendra Lodhi, Shiv Baran Kushwaha, Brajesh Pandey, Rakesh Sahu, Akhilesh Yadav Sheelu, Shubham Yadav Rana, Raj Bharti, Ashish Yadav, Rahul Kashyap, Jai Singh Rana, Gagan Gupta, Ashok Yadav, Jagaroop Master, Dharmendra Yaduvanshi, Balwant Yadav, and other devotees.

At the resting place, organizer Sushil Yadav welcomed educationist Mukesh Yadav and Rambodh Shukla. The administrators included Satish Yadav (councilor), Dhirendra Yadav, and Dr. Manish Sengar.
