Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. This page describes how to cancel, refund eligibility, and how to dispute a charge.
This policy is published in draft form pending counsel review. The structure + scope are in place; specific wording must be approved by legal before final deploy.
#How to cancel
Cancel from /account/subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you paid for.
#Refund eligibility
- Within 7 days of initial purchase: full refund on request.
- Within 7 days of an annual auto-renewal: full refund minus any premium content accessed.
- Mid-period refunds outside these windows are evaluated case-by-case.
- No refunds for monthly subscriptions after 7 days.
#Auto-renewal
We email you 7 days before any annual renewal with the amount and payment method. You can disable auto-renewal at /account/subscription without cancelling immediate access.
#Billing disputes
Contact /policies/contact with your subscription ID and the disputed charge. We respond within 5 business days.
