In the case of a viral video showing illegal collection by a gynecologist, immediate investigation was conducted, action was taken against the guilty, and the concerned doctor was removed. Orders have also been given to submit the investigation report within a week.

Deputy CM's Statement

He clarified that the health department is highly sensitive and any breach of patients' trust will not be tolerated. No medical officer showing negligence will be spared.

Patient Complaints and Death in Hospital

A 15-month-old child named Suraj died during treatment in the town of Chail in Kaushambi. The family is accusing the doctors of negligence. The child was admitted to the hospital in critical condition at 5 am, but doctors declared him dead by 7 pm. The family claims the child did not receive timely necessary treatment and facilities.

The primary responsibility of doctors posted in government hospitals is to provide timely, better, and quality treatment to patients
