Articles, photographs, illustrations, video, audio, and code on this site are protected by the Copyright Act 1957. Republication, redistribution, or systematic copying without written permission is prohibited.
#Fair-use guidance
- Brief quotation with attribution is permitted for review, criticism, news reporting, or research.
- Linking to articles and sharing on social platforms is encouraged.
- Embedding our content via official embed codes (when provided) is permitted.
- Bulk scraping or AI training without explicit licence is not permitted.
#Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the editorial address listed on /policies/contact with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- The URL of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your contact information.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will acknowledge within 7 days and act within 30 days as required by IT Rules 2021.
#Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or you have rights to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice with similar formality. We will restore the content if no court order issues within the statutory window.
