Janmashtami Festival Celebrated with Grandeur at Mount Valley Academy

MAGHAR। The sacred festival of Shri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with joy and devotion on September 4 at Mount Valley Academy in Maghar. The school campus was decorated with attractive flowers and balloons. The program began with lighting lamps and prayers in front of the statue of Lord Shri Krishna.

Little children appeared dressed as Radha and Krishna, charming everyone with their attire. Students performed dances on famous songs like 'Sapno Mein Raat Mein Aaya' and 'Radha Kaise Na Jale,' creating a devotional atmosphere.

A fancy dress competition was organized for the young children, and those who performed excellently were awarded. The manager stated that the purpose of such events is to connect children with their rich culture and moral values. He said that applying Lord Shri Krishna's teachings from the Gita in life and performing selfless actions is inspiring.
