He invited senior officials of the organization to the secretariat to advance this initiative.

He urged the organization to take responsibility for providing nationalist education.

Shubhendu Adhikari warned schools that if the rule of singing 'Vande Mataram' during prayers is not strictly followed, the financial aid and government support they receive will be stopped.

He accused the former TMC government of banning the National Cadet Corps in educational institutions and called it an 'unforgivable crime'. The Chief Minister said he has requested the Defence Minister to establish more military schools in the state and will write a letter seeking permission to make NCC compulsory in schools and colleges.

He said the current BJP government is making reforms to restore Indian culture, traditions, and nationalist values in school education. He also accused the Left Front government of restricting English education and the TMC government of deliberately altering the Bengali language curriculum.

The Chief Minister stated that words like 'Maa' (mother), 'Jal' (water), and 'Aakash' (sky) were replaced in the curriculum with 'Amma', 'Pani', and 'Aasman'. At the national level, Vidya Bharati runs more than 12,000 schools and 10,000 child culture centers.

We have set a target to establish at least 1000 schools run by RSS's educational wing 'Vidya Bharati' within one year in every district, municipality, and panchayat
