Jonjua Overseas shares have surged nearly 27 percent in the last five days. The company is issuing bonus shares to its investors for the eighth time, with the record date set for September 4, 2026. Market cap reached about 13 crore rupees on Thursday.

The company will distribute 7 bonus shares for every 24 shares held. Previously, Jonjua Overseas has issued bonus shares seven times. In July 2021, the company issued bonus shares at a ratio of 5:37, in October 2022 at 4:23, and the last time at 5:40 ratio.

On August 28, 2026, the company’s shares were priced at 3.73 rupees, with a 52-week high of 8.31 rupees and a low of 2.50 rupees. Shares have gained more than 52 percent in the last six months.

The company is associated with the consulting services industry, and the rise in its share price has increased investor interest.

Specialty chemicals company Titan Biotech has also announced the record date for the final dividend for its shareholders. Its shares have risen 482 percent in the last three years and 540 percent in the last five years. On September 3, 2026, Titan Biotech shares closed at 435.20 rupees.

On May 30, 2026, Titan Biotech recommended a final dividend of 0.50 rupees per share with a face value of 2 rupees at the board of directors meeting.

The rise in these companies’ shares in the stock market is being seen as a positive sign for investors.
