Street Lights Off and Waterlogging Problem in Several Areas of Udaipur

Citizens in Dagal Ki Magri, Sukhdevi Nagar, and Hiran Magri of Udaipur have complained about non-functional street lights, waterlogging, and mud issues. These complaints have persisted for more than six months. The Municipal Corporation has resolved cleaning and street light problems in some areas.

 Citizens in Dagal Ki Magri, Sukhdevi Nagar, and Hiran Magri of Udaipur have complained about non-functional street lights, waterlogging, and mud issues. These complaints have persisted for more than six months. The Municipal Corporation has resolved cleaning and street light problems in some areas.

Rashmi Kumawat, a resident of Dagal Ki Magri, said that the street light in her lane has been off for the last six months, causing darkness. Tushar from Sukhdevi Nagar said that the drinking water pipeline connection is not available up to the houses, causing water to flow on the road. N K Saxena from Hiran Magri said that due to damaged roads and drains in the colony, waterlogging and mud problems persist.

In Sector 12 Kali Ghati Road of Hiran Magri, drains are broken, causing difficulties in the area. Kamlesh Dhol, a resident of Chitrakoot Nagar, had complained about the street light being off for months, upon which the concerned department took action and resolved the issue.

Regarding the garbage problem in the lane of Hanuman Temple, the Municipal Corporation’s health wing supervisor cleaned the area. Mahesh Kumar was honored as 'Public Star' for his complaint about the garbage heap behind Madhu Nursery in Sector 3 of Hiran Magri.
