Voting to be held in 25 wards in Sambhar on September 9

JAIPUR। Voting will be held in 25 wards of Sambhar Municipality on the upcoming September 9. The Returning Officer and Sub-Divisional Officer inspected various polling centers on Thursday and directed to complete all necessary arrangements.

Returning Officer Rishiraj Kapil and Sub-Divisional Officer toured different polling centers of Sambhar Municipality and reviewed the arrangements there. They also inspected the polling booths set up at Government Higher Secondary School Nandla. The officers reviewed cleanliness, drinking water, electricity, adequate lighting, and other necessary arrangements for the convenience of voters.

Special emphasis was laid on ensuring facilities including ramps for differently-abled and senior voters. Shade, seating arrangements, and access routes at polling centers were also checked. The Returning Officer instructed the concerned staff to ensure that voters face no difficulties on polling day.

The administration said that the voting process will be conducted peacefully, fairly, and properly. All necessary arrangements at polling centers will be completed before the election so that voters can cast their votes without any fear or trouble. After the withdrawal of nominations, the election scenario has become clear and the administration's full focus is on conducting peaceful voting.

There are a total of 25 wards in Sambhar Municipality where voting will take place on September 9. The administration has started finalizing preparations for the polling centers.
