Trump said - The war with Iran will not last long

US President Donald Trump has said that the military campaign against Iran will not last long. He also stated that the US can attack again at any time if needed. Iran has started preparing to respond diplomatically, economically, and militarily after the US attacks.

Trump said that the US action targeted Iran's radar and missile systems along with the new military structures built around the Strait of Hormuz. According to the US side, these sites had both defensive and offensive capabilities. Washington is trying to describe this campaign as limited, but the option for further action remains open.

Mohsen Rezaei, Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, issued a strong message after the US attacks. He said Tehran's new strategy will not be limited to the battlefield but will also extend to diplomacy and countering US economic pressure. This statement came at a time when tensions between the two countries have reached their most serious phase in several weeks.

Iran has indicated that in the coming days, the fight will involve missiles and drones as well as diplomatic pressure, maritime routes, and economic sanctions. According to local reports, at least 18 people have died and more than 108 have been injured in the US attacks. The most damage occurred in the Kuhestak area of southern Iran, where a residential building was affected during a wedding ceremony.

The US Central Command has denied targeting civilians and said it is investigating the reports. Meanwhile, the meteorological department has issued a heavy rainfall alert for more than 15 states in the country.
