Farmers raised issues of electricity and water in Dangrali of Revadar

SIROHI। The Bharatiya Kisan Sangh celebrated its foundation day on Friday in Dangrali village of Revadar in Sirohi district. During this, farmers and villagers complained about low voltage supply by the electricity department and being forced to drink dirty water due to the RO plant being closed.

The program was presided over by District Vice President Ganpat Singh Devda and Village Unit President Shaitan Singh Devda. The flag was hoisted by lighting a lamp and garlanding in front of the picture of Lord Balram. There was a discussion on the history and working methods of the Sangh along with a detailed talk on the main problems of farmers and villagers.

Farmers said that the electricity department is supplying low voltage, due to which the motors of their wells are burning and they are suffering significant losses. In addition, the number of stray animals in the village has increased, which are damaging the crops.

Villagers complained about the RO plant being closed, forcing them to drink dirty water. When complaints about electricity are made, linemen do not arrive on time to fix faults or resolve complaints. Garbage accumulation in the village drains is causing dirty water to accumulate on the roads, making commuting difficult.

The Kisan Sangh demanded the administration to resolve these problems quickly. Many farmers and villagers were present on this occasion.
