Do not politicize Ajit Pawar's death, Sunetra Pawar's counter to Supriya Sule
DIGITAL DESK। After the death of Maharashtra's former Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar in the Baramati plane crash on January 28, political controversy has intensified in the state.
Political accusations and counter-accusations
NCP (SP) MP Supriya Sule had accused that no FIR was registered in the case of Ajit Pawar's death and accused their faction of enjoying power. She questioned whether any of their 40 MLAs or 8-9 ministers had demanded a proper investigation. Sule said, "Our brother is gone and they are enjoying power." In response, Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Pawar said that no one can understand the grief and emptiness caused by this accident better than his family. Sunetra appealed not to politicize and said that everyone wants concrete action and clear decisions, and efforts are being made in this direction.
Investigation and administrative response
The agencies investigating the Baramati plane crash are doing their work impartially. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis assured the Assembly that every possible effort will be made until the investigation is complete. He said that becoming a Chief Minister for a day in films may be easy, but in real life, it is not so simple. Sunetra Pawar said she trusts the law and the Constitution and that investigation agencies should be given sufficient time. She did not consider repeated statements in the media as updates on the investigation. Sunetra said, "It seems like an attempt is being made to conduct a media trial."
Who can understand the depth of the void created across Maharashtra by Ajit Pawar's demise better than his children and me?
