Two Teachers Suspended in Buxar for Molesting Minor Students

BUXAR। Two teachers associated with a government school in Buxar, Bihar, have been accused of molesting and raping minor students. Following the complaint, the education department has suspended both teachers, and the police are searching for them.

This case is linked to the middle school located at Dera in Nathuni Ahir, Dumraon block. Police stated that teacher Arvind Kumar is accused of raping a minor former student. The student was taken to a hotel outside the school where a video was recorded.

The other teacher, Virendra Prasad, is accused of misbehaving with students and threatening them through objectionable chats and audio recordings. The complaint also mentions threats of physical assault and defamation.

After the case came to light, there is anger in the village and on social media. Villagers caught and beat the accused teachers and said the matter should not be suppressed.

The mother of a minor student filed a written complaint with the police, based on which an FIR has been registered at Krishnabrahma police station against both teachers and the school principal.

The school headmaster, Mohammad Imam Ali Ansari, is also accused of hiding the matter and helping both teachers escape. Police are conducting raids at several places and have reached three hotels and other possible locations in search of them.

Considering the seriousness of the case, the education department has suspended both teachers with immediate effect. The allegations will be confirmed only after police investigation and court proceedings.
