Tigress Walks on Road with Three Cubs, Stops Traffic

On the Motipur-Bichhiya route, a tigress stayed on the road with her three cubs for about two minutes. During this time, vehicle movement stopped from both sides. Forest officials have appealed to people not to disturb wildlife and to maintain a safe distance.

The tigress sometimes came to the middle of the road and sometimes hid in the bushes. Traffic came to a halt for about two minutes due to her and her cubs being on the road. After that, the tigress walked towards the forest with all three cubs.

Forest officials have said that when wildlife is sighted, vehicles should stop and maintain a safe distance and avoid making noise. This will help prevent disturbing the wildlife.
