250 Plants Planted at Baba Sagas Maharaj Site
MALARNA DUNGAR। A plantation campaign was conducted on Thursday in Malarna Dungar town under the instructions of the Minority Department. Education instructors jointly planted 250 plants at the Sub-Divisional Office premises and Wakf Board land at Kanapeer. This campaign will promote local environmental protection.
Under the leadership of Sub-District Collector Gaurav Mittal and Tehsildar Ramji, plantation was done at the Baba Sagas Maharaj site located at Mal ke Kuan in the Devli Manji area. The committee planted 50 lemon, 25 sapodilla, 25 mango, 25 jamun, and 25 orange plants. Additionally, 100 plants of peepal, amla, and guava were also planted.
This site is very old and people come from far away to visit. Priest Babulal said, "This site of Sagas Ji Maharaj is very old." On every Amavasya, food is arranged for travelers from 9 AM to 5 PM.
The committee has pledged to regularly care for all the planted plants so that they remain healthy and benefit the environment.
