यूपी : अलीगढ़ में महिला के कपड़े उतारने की कोशिश के आरोप में 4 पर मामला दर्ज

अलीगढ़, 28 जुलाई (आईएएनएस)। उत्तर प्रदेश के अलीगढ़ जिले में दो समूहों के बीच खेतों में पानी भरने को लेकर हुई झड़प के दौरान 38 वर्षीय दलित महिला के कपड़े उतारने की कोशिश करने के आरोप में चार लोगों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया है।

पुलिस ने चार लोगों के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 323, 354 (बी), 307, 504, 506 और हरदुआगंज पुलिस स्टेशन में एससी/एसटी अधिनियम की धारा 3 (2)(वीए) के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की है।

पुलिस ने कहा कि घटना में दो लोग घायल हो गए, उन्होंने कहा कि मामले में एक और प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है।

पीड़िता ने दावा किया कि उसे उसके बेटों और कुछ उच्च जाति के लोगों के बीच उनके खेत के पंप से पानी भरने को लेकर झड़प की सूचना मिली थी।

उसने कहा, जब मैं वहां पहुंची, तो वे मेरे बेटों को मार रहे थे। मैंने उनसे छोड़ देने का अनुरोध किया, लेकिन उन्होंने मेरी बात नहीं मानी और उनमें से एक ने मेरे कपड़े फाड़ डाले और कपड़े उतारने की कोशिश की। उन्होंने मुझे गालियां भी दीं।

एसपी (ग्रामीण) पलाश बंसल ने कहा कि झड़प के दौरान एक समूह के दो लोग घायल हो गए। उन्हें इलाज के लिए जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया।

उन्होंने कहा कि आरोपियों को पकड़ने के लिए टीमों का गठन किया गया है और आगे की जांच जारी है।
