Firing in Old Feud, Three Injured, Main Accused Arrested

In the village Badnauli of Nagar Kotwali area, firing took place between two groups following an old feud and an argument. Three people from one side were injured by gunfire, one of whom is reported to be in serious condition.

The police stated that on September 3, after receiving information from the control room, the team reached the crime scene. In the initial investigation, Rohit and Tarun alias Ranjan were present. They told the police that there was a heated argument among some people there, after which gunshots were heard.

During the investigation, the police identified the attackers as Bhupendra alias Guddu alias Dholwala, Monu, Deepak Bhagat, and Ravi alias Baba. The main accused Bhupendra has been arrested by the police. The police are continuously raiding their possible locations to arrest other absconding accused including Monu, Deepak Bhagat, and Ravi.

The police said the incident was premeditated, so a section for criminal conspiracy has also been added to the FIR. The incident took place near Bablu Dairy in JJ Colony of Madanpur Khadar in the Kalindi Kunj police station area, where a youth named Rohit was shot in the right hand palm.

According to the police, the criminals committed this act due to an old feud. One of the three injured youths remains in serious condition. The police are investigating the matter thoroughly.
